The first tip on staying active while working from home is finding your motivation. Once you have an overall goal that you want to accomplish it’s going to be easier day after day to involve an active practice into your lifestyle because you are going to have something in mind that you want to accomplish. Maybe you have an event and you want to fit into a dress, or maybe tone your body for the summer enough to wear a bikini, any reason that you might have, it is important to have a purpose in order to find motivation.

Working from home means spending a lot of time sitting down and in front of the computer for numerous hours. For that reason try to get up at least once every hour in order to move around and stay active.
